Beykush Telti Kuruk is a wine made from an autochthonous Ukrainian grape variety that just a few decades ago was considered nearly lost. Telti Kuruk is a rare indigenous variety of the Black Sea region, and the Beykush vineyard is one of very few places where it is cultivated today. The vines were grafted by the winery's own head viticulturist, making these plantings truly unique.

The grapes are hand-picked at the end of September. After harvest — cold maceration for 12 hours at 4°C to reveal the varietal aromatics. The juice is fermented in stainless steel at 17°C, then the wine is aged on fine lees with regular batonnage for 5 months. Extended lees aging adds body and textural complexity without overshadowing the authentic character of the variety.

Telti Kuruk is an opportunity to taste Ukraine's winemaking heritage. Every bottle of this wine is not just a pleasure — it is a contribution to preserving a rare grape variety that truly belongs to this land.

Tasting Notes

Behind the white mulberry and quince hide bold lemongrass and white peach. Freshness, agility, and willingness to fight for a place on the table, closer to salads and fish. That's why we love Telti Kuruk - Ukrainian autochthonous variety, typical variety of white grapes for our places. It is unlike anything and claims a glorious future.
