Tasting Notes
It starts, like any spectacular show, with a light smoke aroma, followed by dried cherries and other berry luxuries. It tastes like strawberries with licorice, mulberry, which melts in your mouth, and a little pepper to balance the berries. Drinking without food is even more interesting. However, who are we to deprive your duck or rabbit baked in herbs of such an appropriate red.
