Albarinho is synonymous with freshness, citrus and lush herbs. But wine has a special character, when all this audacity is softened by delicate creamy taste. As in this white wine — here and the sea spirit, and passion fruit, and a gentle pear mousse. The bold Galician character at Cape Beykush clearly harmonized and only benefited from it.
