Adult, smart and at the same time very cozy and homely Chardonnay. Ice cream, peaches, charlotte and hazelnuts. Open and do not rush anywhere, at least tonight.

Сорт винограду	100% Chardonnay.
Виноградник	Region — Northern Black Sea. Zone — Ochakov (Ochakov and Pri-estuary macrozone). Geologically, this is part of the plain water-solitary plateau between the Buzky and Berezan estuaries of the South prairie, with the formed dark chestnut loose soils.
Виніфікація	Hand-picked grapes. Fermentation was carried out at low temperatures.
Витримка	At least 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
Гастрономічне поєднання	Dishes in cream sauce, salmon, white meat. Cool to 12 degrees.
