Виноградник	Region — Northern Black Sea. Zone — Ochakov (Ochakov and Pri-estuary macrozone). Geologically, this is part of the plain water-solitary plateau between the Buzky and Berezan estuaries of the South prairie, with the formed dark chestnut loose soils.
Виніфікація	Hand-picked grapes. Separate fermentation by grades in stainless steel vats at low temperatures. Without added sugar. Aging on a fine lees, then bottling for secondary fermentation.
Витримка	48 months on a fine lees.
