Beykush Chardonnay is a classic single-varietal white wine crafted for those who appreciate the purity of the grape without oak influence. The grapes are hand-picked in mid-September, with only healthy clusters carefully selected.
After harvest — cold maceration for 12 hours at 4°C for delicate extraction of aromatics from the skins. The juice is fermented in stainless steel at 16°C — the lowest fermentation temperature among Beykush whites, ensuring maximum preservation of subtle aromas. After fermentation, the wine is racked from gross lees and transferred to stainless steel for aging on fine lees with regular batonnage for 5 months.
Extended lees aging with stirring gives the wine a creamy texture and complexity while preserving the freshness and minerality characteristic of the Black Sea terroir. This is Chardonnay in a Chablis style — no oak mask, with the focus on terroir and varietal character.

Tasting Notes
Apples, lime blossom, citrus—this is Chardonnay about freshness and style. We advise everyone who still thinks that Chardonnay is when there is a lot of vanilla, and it makes little sense to try it. Well, everyone else, too, once again, to refresh the perfect white has not bothered anyone.
