Beykush White is a single-varietal wine made from 100% Albariño, a Spanish grape from the Atlantic coast of Galicia. The vines were planted on an experimental plot near Beykush Bay, where sea breezes, a long sunny season and loamy soils shape an expression of Albariño quite distinct from its homeland.
The grapes are hand-picked and pressed. After settling, the juice undergoes slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, preserving the bright aromatics and freshness of the variety. The wine is then aged on fine lees for six months, adding texture and volume without overshadowing the varietal character.
Aging exclusively in steel — without oak — is a deliberate choice that allows Albariño to express itself in its purest form and convey the Black Sea coast terroir without outside influence.

Tasting Notes
Albarinho is synonymous with freshness, citrus and lush herbs. But wine has a special character, when all this audacity is softened by delicate creamy taste. As in this white wine – here and the sea spirit, and passion fruit, and a gentle pear mousse. The bold Galician character at Cape Beykush clearly harmonized and only benefited from it.
