Chardonnay and Riesling blend from Cape Beykush, aged in French oak barrels for at least 18 months.

Aroma is with notes of white flowers, apple, butter, vanilla and light tones of aging. Apples are felt in its full and structural taste. The taste is fresh, soft, corresponds to the aroma.

Сорт винограду	50% Chardonnay, 50% Riesling.
Виноградник	Region — Northern Black Sea. Zone — Ochakov (Ochakov and Pri-estuary macrozone). Geologically, this is part of the plain water-solitary plateau between the Buzky and Berezan estuaries of the South prairie, with the formed dark chestnut loose soils.
Виніфікація	Fermentation of varieties was carried out separately and at low temperatures.
Витримка	18 months in French and American oak barrels.
Гастрономічне поєднання	Fish dishes, soft cheeses and desserts. Cool to 16-18 degrees.
