Spanish Albarinho moved to Black Sea Сoast. While the grape has preserved its distinctive apricots and spicy Galician herbs, in our lands it has also enriched itself with quince, nutmeg and became even more interesting. Good as an aperitif, and with Black Sea flounder or marinara paste brings quite an indecent pleasure.
Region — Northern Black Sea.
The grapes are picked by hand and wine in the tanks made of stainless steel at low temperatures.
Fish, oysters, mussels, pasta with seafood. Cool to 10-12 degrees.
